Remote catalyst handling from outside the vessel

Personnel control the system from a safe location using cameras and a remote console.

  • Minimises confined space entry into hazardous or inert atmospheres
  • Continuous vacuum operations without periodic personnel change outs improves efficiency
  • Reduced confined space entry permitting requirements support further time saving

Continuous unloading and controlled reloading

Unloading

  • The vessel can remain sealed during poor conditions
  • Zero dust emissions at the top manway during unloading
  • Nitrogen return and purge capability can reduce nitrogen usage
  • Optional pneumatic chipping hammer for agglomerated or crusted catalyst

Reloading

  • Convertible for catalyst reloading and interconnectable with most dense loading machines
  • Optional rotational levelling capability

360-degree coverage with precision control

The telescopic frame extends from the manway and reaches every part of the reactor without repositioning the main unit. Operators work from a remote control station positioned in a safe area with real-time feedback.

Operators control and view the operation remotely using integrated cameras and a remote console.

Mobilisation and shipping

  • Ships in a standard 20-foot sea container for international movement. The vessel can remain sealed during poor conditions
  • On-site deployment can be managed with the existing plant lifting and rigging
  • Service replacement parts can be kept on site in the shipping container to support uptime
